All deliveries are handled through Posten Norge and our network of trusted logistics partners who specialize in temperature-controlled seafood transport.
Delivery Options
For customers within Norway, we offer:

- Express Overnight Delivery: 1 business day
- Free Pickup: Directly from our facility in Tennevoll, Troms
For international customers, delivery is available through the following methods:

Temperature-Controlled Packaging
All salmon is carefully packed in insulated, temperature-controlled boxes that maintain freshness throughout the shipping process. We use food-grade ice packs and sealed containers to ensure that your salmon arrives as fresh as when it left Arctic waters.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is packed, we will send you a delivery confirmation email including tracking information and the final weight-based invoice. Orders are shipped the same day payment is confirmed, ensuring minimal delay between harvest and delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method. Typical delivery estimates are:
- Norway: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 2–3 business days
- Asia, Middle East & Rest of World: 3–5 business days
Shipping Responsibility
Once the order leaves our facility, responsibility for transport shifts to the logistics provider. However, ArcticSalmon.shop will assist you with any claims or inquiries in case of delivery delays or temperature issues.
