Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders and interactions with ArcticSalmon.shop, a trading name of Nordic Sales & Marketing, registered in Norway under D-number 48118226979. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

2. Products

ArcticSalmon.shop offers premium Norwegian salmon sourced from trusted local producers in Northern Norway. Each box contains approximately 20 kilograms of fresh salmon, packed for export or local delivery. Product weight may vary slightly (±1–2 kg per box) due to natural variation in fish size.

3. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed directly via our online form on arcticsalmon.shop. Once the order is received, our sales team will review the request and contact you directly to confirm availability, final weight, delivery method, and total invoice amount.

4. Payment

All payments are handled via invoice and bank transfer. The invoice is issued after final order confirmation and weight verification. Orders are shipped only after payment has been received in full. All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK), unless otherwise specified. Currency conversions (USD, EUR, GBP, CNY) are for reference only.

5. Delivery

We deliver salmon domestically within Norway via Posten Norge or equivalent courier partners. Delivery time within Norway is typically 1–3 working days. For international shipments, we use refrigerated truck freight across Europe and air freight globally. Our logistics partners maintain controlled temperature to ensure maximum freshness upon delivery.

Customers may also choose to collect their orders directly from our facility by prior arrangement. Available delivery terms (Incoterms): DAP (Delivered At Place), FOB (Free on Board), or EXW (Ex Works).

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fish, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been shipped. In case of damaged goods or delivery delays caused by transport partners, please contact us immediately for assistance and documentation.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before packing and invoicing. Once packing has begun, the order is considered final.

8. Liability

ArcticSalmon.shop and Nordic Sales & Marketing are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events beyond our control. We ensure that all products leave our facility in fresh and compliant condition.

9. Data and Privacy

All customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Information is collected only to fulfill orders and manage communication with customers.
